Where timeless luxury meets nature and the practice of presence

A wellness house for those who move through the world with intention — an invitation to slow down without losing their edge.

Because in a world that never stops, the greatest luxury is returning to yourself.

"Breathe, and trust that everything in life happens for a reason."
Our philosophy

Sōulva is rooted in a simple belief: that growth begins with awareness, and that the courage to look inward is where meaningful transformation quietly starts.

We work with people who move quickly and rarely pause — offering a place to breathe, reconnect with themselves, and return to their lives with greater clarity, balance, and grounded strength. Not to become someone different, but to feel more fully themselves.

Neurowellness is the name science gives to what we've always practiced: caring for the nervous system through breath, movement, and presence. We call it Sōulva.

The practice

Breathe · Balance · Be

Each engagement is private, seasonal, and shaped entirely around you.

01

Breathe

The body remembers what the mind forgets. Everything begins with the breath.

02

Balance

Not the absence of intensity, but a way of carrying it. Presence inside a full life.

03

Be

Nothing to fix, nothing to perform. Simply arriving, fully, as you are.

The founder

Before any title, a daughter.

Sōulva was not born from a business plan. It was born from a philosophy of life — a quiet commitment to presence, cultivated slowly over more than two decades of moving through the world with intention.

I spent the last decade of my career immersed in the precision of luxury — a world shaped by performance, exacting standards, and the pursuit of external gratification through beautiful things. Not because there is anything wrong with that, but because, more often than not, what we truly need reaches beyond the material.

It was within that same intensity that I first felt the need for something quieter — a practice that, over time, became the center of everything. Today, I'm certified in mindfulness and a devoted practitioner and student of both mindfulness and yoga. But this path goes far beyond qualifications or practice. It is how I live.

My commitment to continuous learning has led me to pursue professional education with Harvard Business School, Harvard Medical School & Harvard Health Publishing, Wharton, Yale, and Rice University.

Today, I continue to deepen my knowledge at the University of Oxford, with a focus on mind, health, and human behavior — because caring well for others begins with never stopping learning.

What I offer is grounded in personal experience and ongoing training in mindfulness, yoga, and psychology. It is intended to complement, never replace, professional therapy or medical care.

I lead the way I live: with purpose, kindness, love, and gratitude; with resilience and honesty delivered with grace, trusting the process of life's journey.

Breathe, and trust that everything in life happens for a reason.

The heart behind this house

In loving memory of my Mom...

July 4th, 1961 – January 27th, 2008

A letter to my beautiful souls who are genuinely joining this house...

Life is not always pink, so I wish that every tear you cried multiplies into smiles. 🦋💫❤️‍🩹

Losing your mom, dad, or both is something that marks your life forever, no matter how old you are.

We'll always feel the need for them, to ask for advice, to share important moments (graduation, love and heartbreak, your wedding day, pregnancy, births), or simply to hug them, share a meal, hear their voice and their laughter. But when they're gone, all of this is left wanting, and you can only look up to the sky, or a photo, or something that makes you remember them. Your eyes will fill with tears, and you will feel a pain in your chest that's hard to describe, a melancholy like never before. Maybe you'll blame yourself for an "I love you" left unsaid. But their time and purpose in this world had come to an end, and there is no way back.

Forgive them for their mistakes, nobody becomes a parent with an instruction manual. And just like them, one day, if you have children, you will make mistakes too. It's part of being human.

So learn to forgive yourself too, as a son or daughter. Take your time. Be patient and kind with yourself, because these are wounds that take years to heal. It will be a roller coaster of emotions, and that's normal. Some days you'll feel okay. Some days you won't want to get out of bed or see anyone, and that's okay too. It's your loss, so only you know what you feel, and how. Take it easy, sweetheart.

Never lose the values they instilled in you. Preserve their example.

May your heart find peace knowing that they loved you, as they knew how, in their own way, until their last breath. They will always be in your mind and your heart. And one day, we will see them again.

Sōulva is one of the ways to honor my mother's legacy, her strength, the values she instilled in me, but especially the deep love she left in me.
Kisses to heaven mami.

Sometimes the most meaningful conversations begin with something as simple as:

"Can you help me?"

The answer will always be...

Yes.
